Fiasco Cru

I first met terroir sipping a glass of sea spray-laden Gran Bazan Albariño on a dry, summer day during my first seven years in the hospitality industry. Traveling thru different wine appellations in Spain further cemented my desire to study the encapsulation of time and place thru libations. After living abroad in Israel and Ecuador as well as traveling in my spare time, I  received my BA from UNM. Fate brought me back to Santa Fe working in group travel organization, and eventually to Fiasco after meeting the lovely Byron volunteering at Taos Winter Wine Fest. It has been an adventure traveling with Fiasco back to Spain, France, Portugal, and Italy and diving deeper with WSET. Looking forward to what lies ahead with this marvelous team!
