A native New Mexican, Walter has built a 12-year career in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, spanning both casual and fine dining. His professional journey includes working with the Four Seasons in multiple states, where he developed a deep appreciation for luxury service, Market Steer Steakhouse, known for its bold flavors, and Julia’s at La Posada De Santa Fe.

Walter is well-versed in wine and is an award-winning mixologist, blending creativity with expertise to craft exceptional guest experiences. Above all, he values building genuine connections through a thoughtfully paired wine dinner, a signature cocktail, or simply a memorable service moment. 

Outside of work, Walter enjoys spending time with family and friends and working with his hands.
